Gift Card FAQ's
Buying
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, straight after checkout. No shipping and no Christmas delivery cut-off — buy it on Christmas Eve and it still arrives in time.
Can I send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Add their email and a personal message at checkout and we'll send it to them — or have it sent to you to print or forward on the day.
How much should I put on it?
The main card covers one tee plus shipping. Go bigger for a hoodie, a Christmas sweater, or a full kit.
Spending it
What can they spend it on?
Anything in the store — tees, hoodies and Christmas sweaters across Across The Water and The⑦VECTORS.
Does it expire?
No. They can use it whenever they're ready — and any balance left over stays on the card for next time.
What if they're not sure of their size?
That's the beauty of it — they choose their own fit. Our sizing chart is here when they need it.
