Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds for:
- Wrong items received
- Damaged or defective products
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at https://account.vectorpaddle.com/ if you believe you're eligible.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request at: https://account.vectorpaddle.com/https://account.vectorpaddle.com
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including the cost of standard outbound delivery — within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (this includes made-to-order and print-on-demand items)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
