We offer refunds for:

• Damaged or defective products

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at sales@vectorpaddle.com if you believe you're eligible.

• If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@vectorpaddle.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
